Scheduling

Agroud features a scheduling module for supply collection, where collection routes can be programmed by geographic locations, supplier IDs, etc. This module also includes a production indicator for each supplier, which is updated based on the historical record of product deliveries to our company.

Route planning

We are working so that in the coming days, the application will allow data transfer within the same platform, enabling each field operator in charge of collection to have access to a route map, including geographic points, route, kilos, and number of boxes to collect.

Pickups

The collection module in Agroud works both offline and online, to allow collections in areas without internet connection. The data will be stored on the device and, once a connection is available, it will be synchronized to the cloud. *The weighing scale must have Bluetooth technology.

Re-weighing

We have a re-weighing module, aimed at comparing: Kilos Collected vs. Kilos Entering the Collection Center; seeking to control fruit losses during the transportation process.

Orders and shipments

At Agroud, we have thought about our clients and developed a module for the selection and separation of orders, which will automatically deduct from the available fruit inventory. This streamlines the dispatch and invoicing process.

Packaging control

Agroud manages packaging material inventory; these transactions are digitally signed to certify which items are on loan and who the clients or suppliers holding them are. Each movement is reported via text message, so they stay informed and take responsibility in case of any loss.
